Ubiquitous Risk, founded in 2014, is a boutique Risk Management consulting firm. We work across the UK and our headquarters are in Glasgow City Centre. We are passionate about Risk Management and provide subject matter expertise to our clients in various industries across the public, private and third sectors. Our technical expertise, unique insight, innovation and use of business intelligence enables us to develop and deliver solutions to ensure our clients achieve their objectives. We have a deep understanding of the Risk Management Standards, including application of ISO 31000 principles, ensuring that we provide best practice outcomes. We pride ourselves on combining years of experience with academic excellence to ensure our clients receive a superior service.

Ubiquitous Risk is led by Founder and Managing Director, Ashley Milroy. Ashley is an award-winning risk management professional with over twelve years’ of experience in the private, public and third sectors. Ashley obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Management before going on to achieve her Masters of Science (MSc) in Risk Management with Distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University where she was awarded the prize of Best MSc Risk Management Student of the Year. Ashley also achieved the Institute of Risk Management’s International Diploma in Risk Management in 2013.
Most recently, Ashley achieved the Graduate Diploma in Law with Commendation from City, University of London. She is a Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and is a Member of the Society of Construction Law. She has published articles and thought leadership on risk management and has held voluntary positions including as the Chair of the Institute of Risk Management’s Scotland Regional Group. Ashley’s wealth of academic knowledge aligns with her diverse, senior work experience. Ashley has experience of providing risk advisory and consulting services in many industries including aviation, water, energy, nuclear decommissioning and defence.
